Reverse Shot List

For my reverse shot list, I decided to do a bit of animation that I really enjoy. Not necessarily for the animation itself, but for the subject matter. Queen is my favorite band, and this video is a Google Doogle honoring lead singer Freddie Mercury's would be 65th birthday.

The video establishes itself with a full shot of a group of art work depicting Freddie Mercury throughout stages of his career. The camera pans in close on the left, pans right, then pans into the middle.
The next shot is a stadium full of people, all watching towards the stage. The video fade/zooms onto the stage where sillouettes of Roger Taylor on Drums, John Deacon on bass, Brian May on guitar, and a more detailed Freddie Mercury is singing and playing the piano. (Just fyi, this is not the stage setup for a Queen performance. Fred's piano was always stage left, to have more room upfront for Brian and Fred to run around and play to the crowd. John usually stayed back with Roger onstage.)
The video fades onto medium shot of generic drawings of audience members, enjoying themselves. It slowly pans pans left.
Fade back to a medium tight shot of Freddie Mercury in front of a spot light.
Fade back to a full shot of Queen on stage.
Another fade onto a close up of Freddie singing into the microphone.
Fade back to a full shot of Queen on stage.
Close up angle shot of Freddie's hands playing the piano.
Fade back to a full shot of Queen on stage. As the music builds, colors emerge, and Freddie takes off upwards.
A fast cut into 8-bit pixel shot of clouds. An 8-bit Freddie Mercury appears from behind them. It's a long of Freddie dancing through the clouds. The camera is constantly panning up and right, as Freddie lands on the tiger.
The camera pans up and past them. A quick cut to a close up of the tiger's face, with Freddie behind it.
The camera is slowly panning down and to the right, as Fred and the tiger emerge from the top left. They go through a ring of fire, and Freddie comes out in a car.
A long shot of Freddie driving, jumps a shark.
Another long shot of Freddie driving up a ramp, and into the clouds. The car turns into a rocketship.
A very long shot of  Freddie driving through space. The camera then zooms in a bit as Freddie fights of aliens. Camera zooms back out again, then goes off screen.
The camera pans back and shows a full shot of Freddie in his regal attire. He fends of things to the beat of Don't. Stop. Me. Now. He lands on the chair.
Camera pans back to a long shot of Fred onto of his throne, accompanied by Lions, Peacocks, and mustached Bears on bicycles.
A transition to a full shot of Freddie dressed in his I Want To Break Free video attire, vacuuming.
A very quick cut to a full shot of Freddie. He changes with the beat.
Another medium long shot of Freddie riding a bicycle through a field. (Another fyi, Google depicts Freddie in his News of the World tour Harlequin outfit, but also with a mustache. He wore the Harlequin outfit from 1977-1978, but grew out his mustache in the 80s. A minor flaw, but a major one to a Queen nerd like me.
He falls into a hole, only to emerge back onstage. Another full shot of the band onstage, as Freddie floats back onstage.
The words, "GOOGLE" appear behind him, and come more into frame, as the band fades out behind it.
